Unique Poetry Ritual

Poetry Ritual inspired by the poem “ Los Amorosos,” by the Mexican poet Jaime Sabines, in an adaptation by Performance ArtiVist Amira Gongora.  In Collaboration with AnimaMundiMexico, with a soundtrack made specifically for the “ Love-Despair” and the in between stages of Romantic love.  The artist will encourage the audience to bring a favorite love note or a photograph of a beloved.

TWIG Valentine Dinner

5 course tasting menu serve family style paired with ice breaker questions, bubbly and red wine.

1st course- Amuse-bouche

Strawberry Tomato Gazpacho soup (serve cold) - sweet, tart, just like love

Pate, pickles, olive and cheese served with warm baguette - exploration plate, learn each other’s like and dislike

Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus with Raspberry Sauce & bacon wrapped avocado wedges with chili lime aioli - beauty comes in all shape and sizes, and different personality too, so does relationship

(Vegan/veggie option) stuffed avocado

4th course- 

Mushroom porcini risotto
