ZMG Housing Prices Increasing 10.12%
During 2023, housing prices in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Zone (ZMG) registered an increase at an annual rate of 10.12%.

New Highway GDL to PV to be completed in July 2024
The travel time on the shorter route Guadalajara/Puerto Vallarta will decrease from 5 hours currently to only 2 hours and 45 minutes. Construction is expected to be completed in July 2024, after 10 years delay.

AKRON Stadium Needs to Change Its Name before 2026
FIFA announced the calendar of matches and venues for the 2026 World Cup, which will be shared by Mexico, the United States and Canada. It was revealed that 13 of the matches will be played in our country, 4 of which will be in none other than Chivas' home, the AKRON Stadium.
